Stephanie joined LFG in September 2022, bringing nearly 26 years of complex litigation and corporate executive experience.  After 9 years of practicing law in California and Florida, Stephanie parlayed her legal background and leadership skills into a successful 18-year career at Swiss Re.  There she was privileged to be nominated into multiple executive development programs, and to hold various global roles across functions and Divisions.  For the last 5 years, Stephanie served as the North America Chief Claims Officer for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, and also served on the Regional Executive Team.

Passionate about performance culture and delighting clients and shareholders—Stephanie’s least favorite answer to the question “Why?” is “Because that’s how we’ve always done it.”  Stephanie lives with her husband, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs in beautiful Marin County, where she loves traveling, trail running, golf, yoga, and devouring podcasts.
