Warren is a Funding Director/Corporate Counsel with responsibilities across our entire investment portfolio and focuses his efforts now on originating new business with law firms and companies in the United States.

 

Warren partners with leading AmLaw firms, litigation boutiques, and market-leading Private Equity/Venture firms to leverage existing and future legal assets through tailored capital investment and insurance products. Warren joined Law Finance Group in 2017 as a member of the firm’s underwriting group and has extensive experience in the underwriting, diligence, structuring, and documentation of Law Finance Group’s investments.

 

Before joining Law Finance Group, Warren worked in the Napa City Attorney’s Office, engaged in litigation and policy work. Warren earned his JD cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
